Being
low in calories, fruits and vegetables are an important part of a healthy
weight loss diet. In addition, eating fruits and vegetables will make you feel
full, and this way you will eat less of the main course and avoid consuming
excess calories.

preservatives and additives. They refresh you, especially during a day full of
activities.
