Method of preparation:
Initially, wash the lemon, then cut
it into halves and remove the seeds from it. Each half should be sliced thinly
and put into a bowl with water. Leave them to stay thus for 8 and a half hours.
Do not peel the lemon or juice it in the water.
Then, peel the cucumber and cut it
into circles and after that put it into the water.
Take 8-12 fresh mint leaves, wash
